Residential Programmes

Undergraduate Studies Programme

The undergraduate programme offers students a supportive and thriving residential community on their three-year journey towards becoming ordained. The College formation programme is delivered alongside this.

Study Period

Year 1: Diploma in Christian Studies
Years 2-3: Cross-credit to Bachelor of Theology. Our preferred provider is Trinity Methodist Theological College.

Learner Support

Free tuition, student allowance (where eligible), residential housing, and other benefits.

Postgraduate Studies Programme

Through the postgraduate programme, you will be part of a cohort of postgraduate students and researchers at the cutting edge of academic excellence. The College formation programme is delivered alongside this.

Study Period

Years 1-4: An approved postgraduate qualification in conjunction with a partner university. Programme length will vary.

Moana Leadership Programme

Through the Moana Leadership Programme, students from the Diocese of Polynesia gain strategic skills and qualifications, informed through a theological lens and practice. Students also participate in the College’s Formation Programme, developing their leadership and discipleship skills.

Study Period

Year 1: Diploma in Christian Studies
Years 2-4: A degree chosen in consultation with the Diocese and the College.

Regional Programme

Te Takawai

Diploma in Christian Studies

In partnership with ngā Hui Amorangi, our regional programme offers a Christian learning experience across Aotearoa, delivering the New Zealand Diploma in Christian Studies, a Level 5 NZQA-accredited qualification.

Online lectures and in-person wānanga at local campuses.
